Speedpack Hybrid

Med hjälp av ett nytt revolutionerande kompakt ”form/fill/seal” system som använder vanlig slang eller rullpåsar kan man öka produktion och nyttjandegrad. Speedpack Hybrid tillverkar rullpåsar i linje när slang används. Maskinen har en exceptionell tillförlitlighet och enkelhet. Fördelen ligger i maskinens design, vilken tillåter många användningsområden samt möjligheter att komplettera med kringutrustning. Man slipper helt problemen med formrör, längsgående svets samt de komplicerade inställningar som traditionella FFS-maskiner har.

Speedpack Special Engineering Medical/Pharmaceutical

Bag making, labelling and bag filling at high speed, meeting strict requirements of medical and pharmaceutical industry!

The powerful high speed Speedpack Medical produces bags from lay flat tubing for packaging medical disposables and so optimizing the medical packaging process.

This solution is equipped with a label printer and constructed from stainless steel, applicable for installation in cleanrooms. The sealing process is fully validatable, guaranteeing full safety and a reliable 8 mm impulse seal at approx. 10 bags per minute.

Speedpack Optiweigh counter

Accurate weigh-counting of small parts with automatic discharge bucket

The Optiweigh Counter is a sorting table with automatic discharge bucket below for accurately weighing and counting small parts to be packed by Speedpack. Products can be shifted into the bucket and will be accurately counted by the integrated weighing scale. This weighing system consists of an integrated load cell featured by an operation panel for storing different products characteristics (i.e. weight per product and target value per bag).

Combined with Speedpack Hybrid this Table Optiweigh counter offers an efficient and easy solution for packaging small parts in bags being made at desired length from tube film or in pre-opened bags-on-a-roll.

AVM450

AVM 450 SERVO är Audions största form, fill and seal maskin. AVM 450 SERVO kan producera påsar upp till 450mm i bredd med en volym upp till 40 liter. Maskinen kan även specialtillverkas med en maximal svetsbredd om 550mm.

 

AVM 280/320/350

The AVM 280 is designed to make bags with a width of up to 280 mm and a volume of up to 6 liters. This robust fully automatic vertical form, fill and seal machine is available in a heat seal version for PP and laminates (AVM 280H) and an impulse seal version for PE materials (AVM 280I).

The AVM 280 is programmed by a PLC with touch screen. This PLC can also operate the dosing system as well as the feeding and discharge conveyor, creating complete packaging system control at your fingertips
Specially designed for the harsh environment of the food industry, we have the AVMS 280. This machine has a stainless steel wash down construction and IP 65 classification.
When wider bags are required the AVM 280 can be extended to the AVM 320 for impulse seal and 350 mm for the heat seal machine. This machine can make bags up to 320/350 mm wide with a contents of approx. 10 litres. The AVM 320/350 is also available as a stainless steel AVMS 320/350.
For the potato industry as well as for other delicate products such as oranges, Audion has developed the AVM 280 60° inclined machine. The product is dropped in the bag through a filling chute which is placed at an angle of 60°, minimizing product damage. In addition, this machine is able to work with mesh material (such as CLAF® fabric).
The AVM 280/320/350 can also be built with servo driven horizontal seal bars. The accurate control of the servo motor increases the production speed, without compromising performance. The result is a very fast and smooth running AVM 280/320/350. In addition, when small bags are required, the opening of the seal bars can be easily be reduced by means of the touch screen, considerably increasing production capacity.
